Specialty Gases

Ammonia

Ammonia is a colorless gas with a characteristic pungent odor, widely recognized as a cornerstone of modern agriculture and industry. As a highly soluble compound with alkaline properties, it enables critical nitrogen transfer processes. Ammonia is used in the production of agricultural fertilizers, industrial refrigeration, cleaning products, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, and fuels. Supplied in pressurized cylinders, bulk liquid tanks, or custom on-site solutions to meet diverse industrial demands.

Tetrafluoromethane

Tetrafluoromethane (CF₄), a colorless, non-flammable gas with exceptional thermal stability, serves as a critical halocarbon in precision industries. With a boiling point of -128°C and low global warming potential (GWP 7,390), it combines chemical inertness with high plasma selectivity, making it ideal for mission-critical processes. Tetrafluoromethane is used in electrical insulation, aluminum production, semiconductor etching, trace gas detection, and cosmic ray detection. Our CF₄ is supplied in ISO-certified cylinders at ≥99.999% purity (Grade 5.0).

Nitrogen Trifluoride

Nitrogen trifluoride (NF₃) is a stable, non-flammable specialty gas engineered for high-performance plasma processes in critical electronics production. NF₃ is used as a chamber cleaning gas in the manufacture of semiconductors, flat panel displays and other electronic devices. As a low-residue fluorine source, it enables ultra-clean manufacturing with reduced environmental impact compared to legacy gases.

Carbon Monoxide

Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas at room temperature and pressure. It is extremely poisonous to humans and animals, binding irreversibly to hemoglobin and causing oxygen deprivation. Exposure to concentrations above 35 ppm can lead to headaches and dizziness, while levels exceeding 800 ppm are rapidly fatal. It is generated through incomplete burning of materials like coal, gasoline, natural gas, and wood. Despite its toxicity and potential harm to human health, carbon monoxide is also a valuable compound used in chemical manufacturing and synthesis, environmental monitoring, metallurgy, medical research, advanced industrial processes, food preservation, and advanced technological processes.

Ethane

Ethane is an important chemical raw material. Like many hydrocarbons, ethane is isolated on an industrial scale from natural gas and as a petrochemical by-product of petroleum refining. Ethane is a colorless, odorless gas at room temperature and pressure. It's extremely flammable and can form explosive mixtures with air.  Ethane is primarily used to produce ethylene, which is then used to manufacture plastics, antifreeze, and solvents. In addition, it is used in power generation and cryogenic cooling.
