Disposable Helium Tank

Disposable Helium Tank

Disposable helium tanks are designed for one-time use. These tanks are typically made of lightweight materials and come pre-filled with helium, making them convenient for short-term or occasional use. Once the helium is depleted, the tank is disposed of and cannot be refilled. Small helium tanks are perfect for filling a small number of latex or foil balloons for parties, weddings, and other events. The typical sizes of the disposable helium tanks we supply are 7.3 cubic feet, 13.6 cubic feet, and 23 cubic feet, which can fill approximately 30 to 100 standard 9-inch balloons.

Typical Applications:

Balloon Inflation

T Cylinder

T Cylinder

T Cylinders, also known as Ton Cylinders, are medium-sized welded gas containers with a typical volume of around 400–930 liters. They are equipped with dual valves and protective lifting rings for easy handling by forklift or crane. Designed for liquefied and corrosive gases, they serve as a bridge between small cylinders and ISO tanks.

Typical Capacity:

400–930 L (approx. 400–1,000 kg of liquefied gas).

Typical Pressure:

10–25 bar (depending on gas type and temperature).

Typical Applications:

Generally requires industrial grade. Ideal for centralized gas storage and short-distance transportation in industrial plants, chemical refineries, and gas filling stations.

Suitable Gases:

Ammonia (NH₃), Sulfur Dioxide (SO₂), Chlorine (Cl₂), Carbon Dioxide (CO₂), Nitrous Oxide (N₂O), Hydrogen Chloride (HCl).

Y Cylinder

Y Cylinder

Y Cylinders, or Y-Ton Containers, are large welded gas vessels specifically designed for high-purity and electronic specialty gases. Constructed from stainless steel (SUS 316L/304) with electropolished interiors, they meet stringent semiconductor-grade cleanliness standards. Each Y-Cylinder is equipped with a valve protection frame, gas outlet manifold, and lifting slots for safe handling.

Typical Capacity:

440–500 L (typically 470 L) with a net gas weight of 600–800 kg.
