Major Advancement in Electronic Gas Production
Strategically located in Xiancun, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, the project occupies a total area of 25,333 square meters. The facility is designed to support four key functions:
Purification: 17 electronic gases with an annual production capacity of 1,163 tons.
Filling and Packaging: 8 gases with an annual output of 9,600 tons.
Gas Blending: 6 blended gases with an annual output of 118,000 cylinders.
Storage: 60 gases with a total storage capacity of 713 tons.
Unlike traditional industrial gas projects, this new facility will focus on high-purity electronic gases, which are critical for industries such as semiconductors, display panels, photovoltaics, and new energy.
